These Terms of Use govern your use of Jefa-D ("the app"), developed by Duanny Cruz Rivero. By using the app you agree to these terms.
The service
Jefa-D lets you create shared groups to assign tasks, reminders, and shopping lists, with push notifications. You are responsible for the content you create and share with your group.
Accounts
You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account. You may sign out or request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
"Peace Mode" subscription
- Peace Mode is an auto-renewing subscription offered as a monthly or yearly plan. It removes ads and lets you join or create more than one group.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by the app stores according to their policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to upload content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Reminders and notifications depend on third-party services and device settings, and may be delayed or fail to deliver. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed reminders or for indirect or incidental damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
