Privacy Policy

Jefa-D ("the app") is developed by Duanny Cruz Rivero. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Data we collect
- Account identifier: when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a unique User ID and, if the account exposes it, your email address and your name.
- User content: tasks, shopping lists, notes, costs, dates, and visible names that you or your group members create inside the app.
- Push notification token: a device identifier (Expo Push Token / FCM) used to deliver reminders.
- Subscription status: if you purchase the "Peace Mode" subscription, we receive a purchase token and your subscription status (active, expired, in grace period) to unlock ad-free use and additional groups. We never receive or store your payment card details — all payments are processed by the app stores.
- Minimal technical data: device platform (iOS/Android) used as a label to distinguish your installations.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and keep your session active.
- Sync tasks and shopping in real time among members of your group.
- Send push notifications (reminders, insistent mode, group alerts).
- Manage your "Peace Mode" subscription and remove ads for subscribers.
- Operate the service. We do not use the data we collect for behavioral profiling. Ads on Android are provided by Google AdMob (see below).
Who we share it with
We only share what is strictly necessary with providers that operate the infrastructure:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and realtime.
- Google Cloud / Firebase — authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android.
- Apple — Sign In with Apple, APNs on iOS.
- Expo — Expo Push API.
- RevenueCat — subscription management and purchase validation for "Peace Mode".
- Apple App Store and Google Play — payment processing for subscriptions.
- Google AdMob on Android — App Open and Interstitial ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers according to its own policy. iOS has no ads at this time.
The content you create is synced with the other members of the group you belong to. It is not published, sold, or handed to third parties outside the providers listed above.
Subscriptions and payments
"Peace Mode" is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your store account settings. We do not process or store payment card information.
Device permissions
- Notifications: to deliver reminders and group alerts.
Account and data deletion
You can sign out from Settings → Account. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at duannycruzrivero@gmail.com from the account you want to remove. We process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Note: when the last active member of a group leaves, that group and all of its content are deleted automatically.
Children
Jefa-D is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the document. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the product's main page.
